I was at The Beck Theatre last night with my friend Ian.  And NO ... we are not gay, our hair is not permed and we are not Jewish.

We saw you at the Edinburgh Festival a couple of years ago and I saw you at Comedy Camp a while back.

This email is to say we LOVED the show.  We are both pianists ourselves and have written and performed comedy stuff at the piano since we were at different schools together over many years.

We both remember Victor from the TV and loved his act - so it was great to see some of his material dovetailed into yours with so many wonderful moments last night.  I loved the little touches like the rectangular projection on the upstage black tabs to denote the cinema where Victor watched Bogart and Bacall to improve his English.  The lighting changes, the soundbites, the whole thing was a lovely show.  We are both jealous of your talent on the ol' joanna, your delivery is terrific and we wish you lots of luck in the future.

You made us laugh a lot last night and we were SO glad that we made the journey.
